    Our initial consultation will be dedicated to assessing your current wellbeing and if what I have to offer through Focusing is a good fit for you.

    I’ll work with you to achieve holistic wellbeing by gently guiding you to identify, listen to, and free yourself from triggers that currently stand in the way of your wellbeing.

  • Integrative

    Since achieving wellbeing is more than just emotional health, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as self-care and nature nourishing exercises. I believe in personal agency, and therefore believe in educating each client to be able to practice Focusing on their own.
