Tried and true delicious Bliss Balls recipe

Try these vegan Bliss Balls to satisfy your cravings, promote good health, and delight everyone with their delectable flavors…

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup tahini

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup sweetener of your choice (I use maple syrup or date paste - note that date paste is easy to make, simply by covering dates with hot water and blending together)

generous pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla essence

Mix these together and add nuts and/or dried fruit of your choice. You may like to try these combinations that I’ve found go well together: cranberries and walnuts; orange rind and ginger; almonds and gogi berries

Roll into small balls and cover with shredded coconut or cocoa powder

Enjoy as a healthy treat!

PS: These freeze well too ~ if there are any left over ;)
