“It’s easy to look at the contours of a forest and feel a bone-deep love for nature. It’s less easy to remember that the contours of your own body represent the exact same nature.”

J.K Anderson

There is a profound connection between humans and the forest. It is our birthplace and ancestral home. We can see the forest as a doorway to the unknown, filled with mystery and intelligence, where a community of living beings exists from whom we can learn and connect. Similarly, our bodies also hold a wealth of wisdom and connection, akin to a forest.
