There aren’t words to describe Trisha and the high quality of her Focusing sessions. She has absolutely embodied the Focusing method itself, while also bringing a healing presence to each session that only she could. It was clear to me in our first session, and since then, that she has a unique ability to help me feel ultra safe and held in her care, which has allowed me to venture into the depths of my being, bringing massive healing.

I can't tell you how happy I am with the healing work we've been doing. As a result, I’m resolving and overcoming long-term problems. Physical, mental and emotional symptoms are clearing up. Blocks are dissolving and the road ahead is revealing itself.
